I create stuff…
All kinds of stuff, really. My goal is to create experiences from my imagination, and I do this in various mediums. By day I practice mostly digital forms of creation. Often, by night, I am painting, writing, curating music, or making video games. I care about mastery, learning and sharing, and chasing my potential. I love that all of this is tied together and enriches one another!
Working with me…
..I’ve heard has a positive impact on team culture. My personality is easy-going, honest, and patient. I am go with the flow and almost always interested in a conversation about art, tech, or culture. I love to show work to small groups. I love small groups because I love listening, and in small groups people tend to speak up more. My favorite part about presenting is getting feedback and questions, hearing from others in the room. At the same time, I am eager to dig deep into problem spaces, so I often bring lots of feedback when viewing works. I love the process of collective making.

As a leader…
.. and as a teammate, I tend to care for people first. My first vocation was as an athlete and coach. This taught me to hold relationships as a core value in a team environment. I care for culture. I am willing to “do the work” with my colleagues. This pairs well with design system roles, because they are more about people than they are about assets.
Lead by example.
Patience is practical. Everyone learns differently, discovering how someone learns best is a process that takes time. Success can be defined in part by growth. Thus, learning is part of success. And so, for success patience is required.
Relationships are the foundation of team work and learning. I focus on fostering relationships.
Culture is often the difference between good and exceptional. I weigh the cultural impact of my actions.
